This fully escorted two-mile walk through the rustic northern area of Cave Hill Cemetery courses past the old limestone quarry and striking scenery that few will ever see. Each participant will carry a U.S. Flag to the Military Section of Cave Hill Cemetery, where a poignant ceremony and the flag-in of the 6,000 military graves will take place.

THE MONKEY WRENCH
will be hosting a chili cook off this sunday starting at 1pm. The sign up fee is $10 and the winner takes all. Make 1 gallon of chili put it in a crock pot and come plug it in. Set it and forget it. The weather is going to be great this week so come out and enjoy this last sunshine run and finish it with a day of football and chili. Sign up w me or just show up and enter.

It’s like Mars meets Venus… beer and chocolate together in one tasting. Talk about the perfect couples evening!
Next Friday, November 13, Bon Vivant Savant and Cellar Door Chocolates are hosting the aforementioned tasting at Park Place at Slugger Field. The evening includes the beer and chocolates, clearly, as well as a light dinner of mussels and pomme frites. Yummy, yummy, yummy!
The cost is $25 per person if you RSVP in advance to 287-2772.
